The Corporate Relations and Placement Committee at SVIMCS is responsible for building and strengthening corporate relations and facilitating the placement process including Summer Internship, Laterals and Final Placement Process. The major focus lies in reaching out to recruiters and inviting them to campus to gauge the potential and quality of students. Apart from the recruitment process, the Committee also works towards engaging Corporates through the medium of various student initiatives and activities.

Interactive sessions by industry stalwarts from diverse fields and backgrounds visiting our campus to share their valuable thoughts with our students. These sessions provide an adequate platform for students to understand the current trends in the industry and prepare them for the tough road ahead. Sessions like these could also prove to be a platform for preliminary screening of the students through various Gamification/ Simulation rounds. These insightful sessions are held throughout the year to keep a constant knowledge and connect with the corporate world and new developments.
Live Project

Guest lectures are an integral part of the pedagogy of SVIMCS Kolkata. The Corporate houses in India currently want individuals with quick learning and grasping abilities. Eminent personalities from various business sectors, academics are invited to share their rich experiences and valuable insights related with contemporary business issues. These sessions enable students to understand corporate culture and how to deal with different business situations. The main objective is to make students aware about the different career options through interaction with industrialists. The Guest Lectures Sessions are arranged in accordance with the rigorous curriculum at SVIMCS Kolkata and prove to be a great learning method.
